Breaking in the new bikes

This weekend Gu and I took our first ride outside with our new bikes. The clip-on bike shoes are amazing for performance but are a bit challenging when its time to stop. I had to stop suddenly and I stopped alright but I had unclipped the right shoe and then I leaned left! The bike fell over with me on it. I hope not to do that again. I am a little bruised but (hopefully) I've learned a lesson.

Despite the mishap I feel so ready to begin. Just 2 months away! By for now-Anne
