Balance is Good


This morning I did a new type of workout. It was all about balancing on half ball planks and on those big bouncy balls I usually use for crunches and weights to support my back. Squats and lunges are completely different when you have to focus all your attention on stability. Lots of fun though as I kept sliding off the ball. Tomorrow no workout just a long walk with Walter. Walter was not very impressed by todays workout but then he never is.
But he loves the gym because he knows he's the boss.
