Crunches

Hi. Today training was intense. I trained for an hour in an hypoxic chamber cycling 10 minutes warm-up, then at level 3 one minute and then level 15 the next for 40 minutes and then 10 minutes cool down. We were drenched. Then Stephen came in with Walter and the flip video and
had us do crunches:
