Hi Brain Buddies-
Hard training in the hypoxic chamber today. 65 minutes on the spinning bike today. 10 minute warm up then 50 minutes of 1 minute at level 15 and cadence 50s and the next at level 3 and cadence in the 90s. Then a 5 minute spinning along fast and easy. Tomorrow pilates and in the afternoon a bike ride in traffic. Can you ever train enough for something like this? I read somewhere that you needn't be super fit at the start because you will certainly be by the end of the first month. Luckily we aren't racing. We're pacing at a clip.
