Training Training Training

Great day for training: 5 minute warm up, 60 minute 1 minute spinning 1 minute at level 15 with cadence in the 50s, then 5 minute cool down. Training on facebook and twitter as well.
It is still almost a month before we begin our ride and so many people have reached out to support us. And especially the people and families dealing with brain cancer that have blogged, faced and tweeted make me so glad to be doing this. Please spread the word: Brains and Bikes is coming soon.
