During our journey we have met so many people with brain cancer in their lives. One day-today: The manager at the RV camp we are staying at tonight has lost two friends to brain cancer. The RV driver on the left of us lost his wife one month ago to brain cancer. Today several people wrote in about losing loved ones to brain cancer. That is one day in this trip of many days. And everywhere we go we hear the stories people need to tell and that we want to hear.
It's like the Who in" Horton Hears a Who" by Dr Zuess. It's only when every Who in Whoville shout out together that they are heard and helped by Horton. All together now......
This community that includes folks, friends and families dealing with brain cancer is so brave.
ReplyDeleteMy husband & I were at a gathering yesterday, and
so grateful to be with people who share and understand. His recent MRI for the GBM IV was
"excellent". Keep breathing, being open, creative, loving, and in-the-moment. Thanks for your journey, Anne & Gundy! (And, of course, Walter.)
Where are you at now? and what worked for you to beat the brain cancer? traditional or non-traditional methods?
